Approved by the Shandong Provincial Grain Bureau as a medium-sized non industrial (II) grain enterprise, it was rated as the top 100 grain management institutes in the province and gave a typical speech at the summary and commendation conference of six provinces and one city in East China.
The grain management office is divided into Junan County Grain and Oil Industry Company and Cross Road Storage Station. The company has increased its development in foreign trade import and export business and has taken the lead in obtaining self operated import and export rights.
In October, Junan County Jinsheng Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd. was established, and the economic and social benefits of the enterprise have steadily improved, ranking among the top in the same industry in the city and becoming a model for the development of grain enterprises in the province.
Adhering to the three principles of "no loss of state-owned assets, no layoffs of enterprise employees, and full responsibility for enterprise liabilities", buying out state-owned shares and transforming it into a private joint-stock enterprise, it was awarded the title of "Top 30 Grain Industry Enterprises in the Province".
In July, a peanut comprehensive processing plant was built in the southern section of the Daxi Ring Road in the county town. In November, it was tested and officially put into operation. Peanuts and other products ranked among the top 8 in the city in terms of export earnings.
In March, Jinsheng peanut oil was awarded the national titles of "pollution-free agricultural products" and "green food", and the Jinsheng trademark was awarded the title of "Famous Trademark of Shandong Province". The company was named "Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization City" and a provincial-level "Contract abiding and Credit abiding" enterprise.
In August, commercial and dormitory buildings will be built along the street, with a construction area of 4000 square meters. In December, Jinsheng Peanut Oil was awarded a product quality inspection exemption certificate.
In June, Shandong Jinfeng Grain and Oil Group Company was established. Passed the HACCP food safety management certification and was awarded the title of "Municipal Enterprise Technology Center".
In March, a new deep processing plant for vegetable oil, peanuts, and agricultural and sideline products was built on the western section of the southern ring road in the county. It was officially put into operation on September 21, creating a "golden victory speed".
It has been successively awarded titles such as "National Key Support Grain and Oil Industrialization Leading Enterprise", "National Trusted Grain and Oil Demonstration Processing Enterprise", and "Shandong Province Agricultural Industrialization Key Leading Enterprise".
Won the titles of "National Agricultural Product Processing Industry Demonstration Enterprise" and "Top 50 Chinese Edible Oil Processing Enterprises"; In September, Shandong Jinfeng Logistics Company was established.
In March, "Shandong Jinfeng Group" was changed to "Shandong Jinsheng Grain and Oil Group". In July, Shandong Jinfeng Grain, Oil and Food Company was established; In October, it was awarded the only "Linyi City Mayor Quality Award" for food processing enterprises in 2012.
The group has further deepened its reform, adjusted its equity structure and legal representative, and implemented a system of professional managers and department managers responsible for the company. Rated as one of the "Top 10 Peanut Oil Processing Enterprises in China".
In January, an investment of 20 million yuan was made to launch a new primary peanut oil production line. In July, the second China Peanut Elite Summit was hosted, with over 1200 industry professionals from 22 provinces and cities across the country attending the conference.
In September, Shandong Jinsheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, and the most advanced plant extraction production line in China was built, which increased the added value of products and extended the industrial chain. On May 16th, the production and processing workshop of the industrial park was successfully put into operation. In July, adjustments were made to the ownership and subsidiary relationships between the group and Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company. In November, the marketing company merged with Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company, and a new refining workshop with a daily output of 800 tons was completed and put into operation. Continuously ranked among the top 10 national peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, and corn oil processing enterprises, participated in two key research and development projects of the 14th Five Year Plan, and successfully won honors such as the first agricultural industrialization leading enterprise, quality benchmark enterprise, and specialized and innovative enterprise in Shandong Province. On June 30th, Jinsheng Youxuan Supermarket opened.
